More Fixes to the LCP and the Tag Page for the PDF!
More fixes to the LCP (Both Commune and IPD needed their Prefixes fixed, a distinct pain in the tush). But with the source and prefix migrated, the LCP is into final review and playtests.
PDF got the page for tags as well as some general cleanups and formatting fixes.
